The average days on the market increased from 18 to 33 days. Average sale prices were up by 4.81%.
Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,567 to 1,899, which is an increase of 21.19%. The number of homes sold decreased by 214 homes or 19.98%. The average days on market remained the same at 20 days. Average sale prices were up by 19.50%.
