The number of active listings in Caledon increased by 68.0% in September 2017 over the same month in 2016. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in August 2017 vs. August 2016 increased by 32 homes or 20.13%. The number of homes sold decreased by 32 homes or 36.78%. The average days on the market increased from 19 to 24 days. Average sale prices were down by 3.69%.
Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,316 to 1,582, which is an increase of 20.21%. The number of homes sold decreased by 198 homes or 22.05%. The average days on market decreased from 20 to 18 days. Average sale prices were up by 22.82%.
