The number of homes sold increased by 4.44%. The average days on the market increased from 33 to 36. Average sale prices were up by 3.11%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date decreased from 143 to 141, which is a decrease of 1.40%. The number of homes sold increased by 22.08%. The average days on the market increased from 33 to 43. Average sale prices were up year over year by 7.12%.
