The number of active listings in W29 decreased by 12.63% in May, 2010 over the same month in 2009. 5 more listing came on the Toronto Board in May, 2010 vs. May, 2009, which is an increase of 5.62%. The number of homes sold decreased by 11.86%. The average days on the market decreased from 46 to 34. Average sale prices were up by 7.46%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date increased from 438 in 2009 to 443 in 2010, which is a increase of 1.14%. The number of homes sold increased by 22.47%. The average days on the market decreased from 51 to 33. Average sale prices were up year over year by 7.91%.
