April, 2009 vs. April, 2008
The number of active listings in W29 increased by 49.25% in April, 2009 over the same month in 2008. New listings came on the Toronto Board at a slower pace in April, 2009 over April, 2008, with 22.50% less new listings. The number of homes sold decreased by 19 homes, or 24.36%. Continue to prepare your sellers for a longer stay on the market; the average days on market increased from 22 to 47. Average sale prices were down by 2.85%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date has decreased from 365 in 2008 to 349 in 2009, which is an decrease of 4.38%. The number of homes sold decreased by 23.53%. Average sale prices are down 0.61% year over year.
